Focused on developing technical skills, physical conditioning, and game intelligence for athletes of all ages and levels.

Resonance Training Sessions

Our sessions follow a high-performance model, focusing on technical and tactical development, physical conditioning, and game understanding. Every detail is carefully planned to help athletes train smarter, perform better, and build confidence on the court.

Athletes train in a professional, structured environment with clear objectives, high intensity, and constant feedback. Sessions include fundamental skill development, position-specific training, and game-based drills that replicate real match situations.

Through Head Coach Felipe’s ongoing connections with athletes and coaches around the world, Resonance stays current with the latest training methodologies, performance trends, and coaching innovations. This international network allows the academy to continually evolve and provide athletes with modern, globally informed training experiences.

Whether you are an aspiring athlete or an experienced player looking to sharpen your performance, Resonance Training Sessions provide the structure, quality, and accountability needed to take your volleyball to the next level.

How to join our Training Sessions (Including Under 15, Levels 1-5 & Performance Group)

Participation in the Resonance Training Session is organised exclusively through intakes. Athletes enrol for the full intake and are responsible for the full fee. While attendance at all sessions is encouraged to get the most out of the program, participants are not penalised for missing individual sessions. Please note that there are no make-up sessions for classes missed by the participant. In the event that a session is cancelled by the Academy, a replacement session will be scheduled. The academy runs four intakes per year.

Expression of Interest (EOI)
The first step to join any intake is submitting an Expression of Interest (EOI) via the link bellow or through the Documentation section of our website. EOIs allow us to track interest, assess availability within each level, and manage waiting lists.

Selection Process
Selection is based on availability of places within each level. Athletes are offered spots only when a vacancy exists in the level that matches their current ability.
For Levels 2, 3, 4, 5 and the Performance Group, selection may also depend on positional balance; for example, we cannot accept multiple athletes in the same playing position within the same intake.

Training Sessions Level 1 and Under 15 do not depend on position.
When places become available, athletes are contacted in the order their Expression of Interest was submitted, with priority given to currently enrolled athletes.

Offer, Confirmation, and Payment
If selected, athletes will be contacted with more information.
Places are confirmed on a first-payment-received basis. If payment is not received, the spot will be offered to the next athlete on the waiting list.

Required Documentation

  • Once a place is offered, athletes must complete the Medical History Form, Physical Activity History Form and Code of Conduct and Terms, also Parental Consent Form (for underage athletes).

  • Uniform is mandatory during training sessions. Athletes must select their uniform size according to the size chart available in the Uniforms section.

  • Completion of these documents and selection of the uniform are required to finalise enrolment.
